my life is your song

The level of faith in your heart determines the boundaries of your life.
How much faith do you have?

People out there never cease to amuse me, with their intellectual thoughts and rationalizations. What's wrong to be that cutting edge for the world? Matt 5:13. He called us to be the salt of the earth. Simply to add taste into this bland world we live in! To engage and penetrate! (Just simply put: salt dissolves in soup, penetrates into meat.) Same thing, blend into your environment! What environment? THE WORLD of course! then what?! your bedroom where you minister and be a light to your mattress and pillows?!

Read properly from John 17:15-18. We are IN the world, but not OF the world. There is this something inside us, this attitude, the Holy Spirit that makes us not OF the world! We change the world from inside out! God is perfectly fine with the Da Vinci Code i tell u, and what you may consider as 'improper or unholy' in your eyes (and what i may consider, Da Vinci Code was OVER-RATED. what faith shaking or breaking. it didn't even waver one bit in me) and yeah, if 2 hours of a movie can alter a whole line of what you believed in for 2000 years, what worth is it believing?

I tell u, virtue (which also means power) is NOT INNOCENCE OR ABSTINENCE.
VIRTUE = INNOCENCE TESTED.
VIRTUE = EXPOSURE TO EVIL WITH ABILITY TO RESTRAIN YOURSELF.
Restrain is the ability to draw the line. So don't tell me I can't watch Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings.

Daniel 5:11. There is a man in your kingdom who has within him the spirit of the holy gods. During Nebuchadnezzar's reign, this man was found to have insight, understanding, and wisdom as though he himself were a god. Your predecessor, King Nebuchadnezzar, made him chief over all the magicians, enchanters, astrologers, and fortune-tellers of Babylon.

Daniel was one of the 3 men in the Bible singled out by God to have extraordinary righteousness (Ezekiel 14). 'who has within him the spirit of the holy gods', and Daniel was chief over all the people who practiced idolatry/witchcraft! Does that make him any less holy and favored by God? NO! Just because he understood and mixed with the 'wordly' people doesn't make him like them! WAKE UP!!!! WE ARE IN THE WORLD BUT NOT OF THE WORLD!!!! Daniel was the salt in his world. So why can't we be? WHY CAN'T I BE?

Those strong in faith are more accepting. How strong is your faith today?

Daniel 1:17. God gave these four young men an unusual aptitude for learning the literature and science of the time. And God gave Daniel special ability in understanding the meanings of visions and dreams.

Read and understand. God gave Daniel special ability in understanding the meanings of visions and dreams. God didn't mysteriously place Daniel in the midst of all the 'worldy' people. He was placed there with his God-given ability for a REASON. And in the end he turned the hearts of the whole nation to God!

To seek after his heart and his presence is always in us. Just one touch of of his presence, his anointing is all we desire... OUR FIRST CALLING IS UNTO HIM- so what makes you think that we're all about the hype?! Just because we love to praise and worship God, just because we get excited over the things of God, just because we are engaging in the world doesn't make us any less holier than you think...

You can never imagine ways how God will use you. His ways and thoughts are higher than we know. So if you mean that if a believer wins Singapore Idol that he is worldly?? chasing after his own desires?? PLLLEASE! God can use him in greater ways once he's visible to the world- just like how Daniel was visible in his. Be the top so that God can use you! We put no limit on God, and God puts no limit on us. As we pray and wait upon the Lord, we stack up strength.

Just because we look like the world doesn't make us any less hungry for him. So PLEASE, renew your minds!
